The Curse Beneath the Ring
Lyrics
Below the storm… beneath the Ring…
The sea remembers everything…
Distant dragon roar.
The ocean spoke in broken cries
Beneath eternal blackened skies
No stars above, no calm below
Just endless waves that would not slow
The crew all whispered fear and blame
Of cursed tides without a name
Of captains lost to storm and greed
And blood-red gems from ancient seas
They said the Ring was not a place—
But judgment carved in stone and rain
Oh the storm still turns around the Ring!
Where the dead tides roar and the lost bells sing!
Every captain thinks the curse obeys—
Till the sea drags down their final days!
Below the thunder, below the waves
Lie ancient kings inside their graves
And the ocean keeps what greed once stole—
The curse beneath the Ring calls all
Long before my cursed rebirth
A thief once walked those giant shores
He stole a ruby black with flame
And doomed the sea in hunger’s name
The Storm Warden raised his trident high
His dragon roaring through the sky
And with one strike the curse was cast—
A death that no one long could last
The thief escaped across the foam
But carried death to every home
Oh the storm still turns around the Ring!
Where the old gods sleep and the cold chains cling!
Every harbor touched by cursed blood
Was swallowed whole beneath the flood!
No soul alive could break its hold
The sea grew black, the winds grew cold
And one by one through fear and flame—
The Heartless Captains came
Then through the storm… I saw it there…
A dragon old beyond compare
Scarred by centuries of rain
Still guarding where its master lay
Beside the trident carved in deep
Where drowned kings drift and giants sleep
Its ancient eyes looked straight through me—
Like it remembered every sea
The crew fell silent… no songs… no breath…
Even the storm itself grew still…
And somewhere underneath the waves…
Something called my name…
OH THE STORM STILL TURNS AROUND THE RING!
WHERE THE CURSED STILL SAIL AND THE LOST SOULS SING!
EVERY CAPTAIN BEARS THE CHAIN—
PASSED THROUGH BLOOD AND PASSED THROUGH PAIN!
The sea remembers every scar
Every drowned and fallen heart
And though I swore I’d break its hold—
The curse had claimed me long before
Below the storm… beneath the Ring…
The sea remembers everything…
Thunder fades.
A distant dragon roar echoes one final time.
