In God's Time
by Leanne Bryan
Lyrics
I waited with hope I prayed through the night
Dreaming of someone to share in this life
Then you walked in with love in your eyes
A promise unfolding, a holy surprise
In God's perfect time He brought you & me
Not a second too late, not too early
Every tear every prayer led to this day
And God's perfect time, love found its way
We've journeyed alone
Now we walk side by side
Two hearts as one , with Jesus our guide
The past is behind, the future is bright
His grace wrote our story
His love is our light
We'll build our home on mercy & grace
With faith our foundation love will never fade
Through every season come joy or pain
We'll trust in the one who knows our name
In God's perfect time He brought you & me
Wrote our love story so beautifully
Every step every turn led to this day
In God's perfect time
Love found its way
