Go Find Less

Lyrics

Verse 1

Go ahead, take your chances,
See if greener really grows.
Trade a spark for something easy,
Everybody loves the show.

Pack your bags, slam the door,
Tell yourself you're wanting more.
Funny thing about running...
You always circle back before.

Pre-Chorus

I'm not begging.
I'm not chasing.
If you think the grass is gold...

Go see.

Chorus

Go find less.

Go find someone who bites their tongue,
Who says "yes" when they mean "run."

Go find less.

Someone who'll fit inside your plans,
Never call you on your plans.

Go ahead and test your luck...

But good luck finding someone
Who'll love you like I do,
Fight like I do,
Laugh like I do.

Go find less.

Verse 2

You can search from town to town,
New faces, different crowds.
Maybe you'll find someone quieter...
Maybe that's what you want now.

But when the room gets way too still,
And nobody calls your bluff,
You'll remember all the reasons
Why I was more than enough.

Pre-Chorus

I know my worth.
I know my heart.
That's not confidence...
That's just the truth.

Chorus

Go find less.

Find a smile that shines half as bright,
Find a fire that don't ignite.

Go find less.

Someone easier to forget,
Someone you'll never quite regret.

But when you're wishing
You'd never left...

You'll know.

Bridge

I'm not a backup plan.
I'm not your "maybe someday."
The best thing you'll ever lose
Doesn't wait around.

Final Chorus

Go find less.

Find another if you can.

I'll be busy living
Everything you didn't understand.

I'm not angry.
I'm not broken.
I'm just done
Being underestimated.

Go find less...

I'll still be
The one you measure everyone against.
