Redline (Power Metal Version)

Lyrics

Revving up, start up!
The run across America has begun
Running the fastest cars in the world
Form Hennessy to Bugatti and Koenigsegg
Engines roaring to life
As we wait for the light to turn.

Green light go!

Cars screaming off the starting line
Racing on the streets of LA
Cops trying to shut down the city
They try but fail cause they're too slow.
The sound of racing
Heard in the distance
Escaping from the city
Fuel pumping engines
Burning hard, loose and clean
Going for the glory, two hundred forty miles an hour, one thousand horsepower hitting overdrive.

We're gonna redline!

three thousand miles in, running on adrenaline
We're closing in on the destination.
Reaching New York City, outrunning the law, our victory draws near with every turn.

But when we reach it
The race has expanded as it sets course.
Now we're on our way to Miami
Racing from dawn to dusk, non-stop
We will make it to the finish line.
Police everywhere chasing cars
faster than they can go
They won't stop us now.

Cause we'll be streaking by in a flash
Redlining to ten thousand RPM
We won't stop until the race is won.
Pushing through everything in our way
We're gonna run till it's done

It's a redline!

(Guitar solo)

Watch us fly down the midway
We're gonna really burn this road till we cross that finish line or crash and burn on the way.

Pushing the limits of man and machine it's a chance we'll take.
Driving at full speed, redline racing for the glory.
We will race around the USA until the finish draws near!

Hear of the sound of engines
Racing through state to state
Full throttle, non-stop
Through farm towns to big cities

An aggressive howling roar

We're gonna keep flirting with disaster
Hitting the redline till we reach the final destination.
Pushing over the edge
We will pursue the glory
Through the redline

Redline!
Oh yeah!
