Morrisons has issued a food recall for a popular dessert, urging customers not to eat it.

There have been a number of food recalls in the last few days, with Morrisons adding to the latest. The supermarket giant has issued a recall for its Morrisons 3PK Strawberry Trifle (3 x 135 g). This is because the product contains egg which is not emphasised in bold on the label.
The product therefore poses a risk to consumers with an egg allergy or intolerance. If you have purchased this product, Morrisons urges customers to return it for a full refund.
The supermarket added: “We don’t need a receipt. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and assure customers of our continuing commitment to the highest standard of product quality and safety.
