Mars Intercept

Lyrics

Verse 1
The terran empires made their move
Under black glass and stolen moons
I.S.S Yamato cutting through
I.S.S shangri'la in the gloom

Starfleet caught the plan in time
A signal burned across the line
Three names woke up in the dark
Mars was waiting for the spark

Pre-Chorus
Lock the course
Hold the line
Red dust rising
On the nine

Chorus
Mars intercept
Mars intercept
We meet them at Mars
Mars intercept

USS shangri'la
USS Yamato
USS wyvern rising
Mars intercept

Verse 2
From the deck, the orders flew
Steel hearts braced for what they knew
The intercepted path was set
No turning back, no room to fret

I.S.S Yamato came in fast
I.S.S shangri'la second mast
But Starfleet cut across the way
Three hulls shining into the fray

Pre-Chorus
Lock the course
Hold the line
Red dust rising
On the nine

Chorus
Mars intercept
Mars intercept
We meet them at Mars
Mars intercept

USS shangri'la
USS Yamato
USS wyvern rising
Mars intercept

Bridge
Over the red, the shadows clashed
A thousand silent warnings flashed
Then one by one the angles broke
And fear turned into iron smoke

Final Chorus
Mars intercept
Mars intercept
We meet them at Mars
Mars intercept

USS shangri'la
USS Yamato
USS wyvern rising
Mars intercept
